9m x 6m perfect for 2 or 3 people.
This house measure 9m x 6m (approximately) with plenty of room for a couple. This can also be suitable for a 3rd person.
While called the medium, it is currently or largest house on offer. the Large 12m house is not available, but we hope it will be soon.
If you need larger than this 9m, consider 2 of the 6m houses!
Layout
You can configure the layout of the partition walls. The bathroom needs to stay where it is but can be made a little longer (to the right) if you don’t mind sacrificing living space. Because of the extra 3 metres of length, a longer bathroom is a viable option. The width can’t be changed as this is the maximum between the walls when folded up. These plans show a washing machine but it’s tight!
As indicated on the plan, you can add a backdoor near the fridge should you desire.
As a comparison to the small model, this house is bigger by the size of the 2nd bedroom.
If you only need 1 bedroom but like it huge, remove the divider and put in a private lounge!
